How do I book Veramo?+
Reservations begin with a WhatsApp message, followed by a complimentary consultation to understand the vision for your celebration.
How far in advance should I book?+
Ideally 6–12 months before the day, so preparation feels unhurried. Shorter timelines are welcome when our calendar allows.
Is there a consultation fee?+
The initial consultation is complimentary — a space to understand your needs and recommend the most fitting service.
How does payment work?+
A deposit secures your date, with the balance settled according to the schedule outlined in our cooperation agreement.
Do I have to use your vendors?+
Not at all. You are free to choose your own vendors — we coordinate with any external team to keep the day seamless.
Will Veramo be present on the day?+
Yes. Our team is with you from setup through the final moment of the celebration.
Do you serve destinations outside Jakarta?+
Yes. We plan across Indonesia, including out-of-town and destination weddings, with travel and lodging quoted transparently upfront.
How many meetings will we have?+
As many coordination sessions as your celebration requires — we plan them around your pace and preparation.
